​"First Piece" & "Travel" rates apply to each trip/day to your location.  Installation Service area within 30 miles of Cleveland. 
Travel charges of $1.00 per mile applies to total distance if your location is beyond 30 miles.

​Project defaults to two installers under any of the following conditions: ladder is required, weight of largest piece is not easily managed by single installer, overall project is comprised of 15+ pieces.  Posted rates above only apply up to a height of 12' or a weight of 60 lbs.  Oversize rates below. 

Additional Charges:
Standard Hooks, screws and anchors are provided free of charge.
$5/each piece for each of the following services: Unpacking, Blueprint/Floor plan Location Placement.
$15/each for each of the following services: Replacement/Addition of Specialty Hanging Hardware.
Quoted per project: Uncrating and Quality Inspection.

**Mirrors & Large Artwork - exceeding 6' wide & 65 lbs, Installation Height of 12'+ feet, Installation into Cement/Stone Walls... 
Quoted separately at estimated cost of $389 per piece.   Prices vary per project.**

Posted rates contingent upon environment of efficiency.  Delays resulting from (but not limited to) interrupted access to installation areas, distance, lack of elevator access, slow or unprepared location placement, parking fees/distance, etc. would result in hourly charges billed in .5 hour increments.
